Travel to the northeastern part of Black Mountains South. Northeast of the water, you will find the dungeon entrance into the Brimstone Cavern
- Speak with Anataeus inside
- Fight your way through the Brimstone Caverns
- Kill Abaddon
- Kill Xaphan
- Kill Astaroth
- Kill Moloch
- Return to Anataeus
- Fight your way through the Brimstone Caverns
- Return to the King
You will receive 5 notes. You will need to open your inventory, right-click on the item, and then /use each note to gain a free champion level. Once completed, talk to the King again for your champion weapon.
